The Customer Journey Webinar – Replay

April 9, 2020

Thanks for joining me on the Webinar.

Marketing strategies have changed drastically just in the last few years. Techniques like lead capture forms, which many marketers have depended on, are actually pushing consumers away.

Think about it, when was the last time you were on a website and a lead-capture form slapped you in the face every 5 seconds? Did you happily fill it out OR do you Bounce?

We live in the information age and almost every consumer wants to educate themselves before they make a decision. Especially one as big as buying or selling a home. Punching them in the face with a lead form right away might actually be hurting you, not helping.

That is the heart of the problem today.

So many marketers focus solely on LEAD CAPTURE and think getting that LEAD is the END of the customer journey. When in fact, it’s closer to the beginning.

It’s all about the leads right? Zillow, Realtor.com, BoomTown, CINC, the list goes on! In fact, Many Agents and mortgage professionals spend an absurd amount of money for these “what I call” cold leads. And then complain that they only convert less than 1%.

Ya know, the reason for that low conversion rate is simple. Those leads that you are calling have NO IDEA who you are or how YOU can help THEM! You’re just another salesperson to them!

In this class, as well as the follow-up execute sessions, I’m going to show you can first identify who your ideal customer is. Then use several different marketing strategies to build brand awareness and be seen everywhere. What I like to call Digital Location Domination. The goal is simple. To get your ideal customer to interact with your brand in some form. Watch a video, visit your website, or simply engage with a post on social media.

This is the start of your ideal customers journey.

Once there, you can create a map of their specific journey. What are their needs or pain points? What is holding them back? What makes them TICK and what makes them CLICK?! Then use that information to nurture that customer along their journey by putting the right content in front of them, at the right time, in the right place, in a way that answers their questions and solves their problem.

This, my friends, is Attraction Based Marketing at its best. And in the end, you will no longer have to chase leads around begging them to work with you. They will be coming to you, asking YOU to work with them.

If you want to stay informed about upcoming classes and workshops, you can sign up here to stay in the loop.

If you missed it and want to catch the replay you can watch it here.
