CallAction is a platform that provides marketing automation for your inbound phone calls and emails. It allows you to track AND respond to every inbound call you receive via a local OR toll free number for each of your marketing channels and an intelligent SMS responder for the calls you can’t answer.

The CRM style back-end captures the phone number and automagically appends any relevant public data that can be found attached to the number (think name, address, social media profiles, etc).

CallAction helped me streamline my lead generation funnels and was able to save me a lot of time and money by helping identify where my advertising is most effective. The customized drip campaigns are very effective and well written. Very happy with CallAction and considered a staple in my business.

Call action would EASILY make my list of “must haves” for marketing my real estate business if I had one.

Absolutely love Call Action. We have a team of 3 agents and it gives me peace of mind knowing that the leads are being followed up on automatically, even when the agents aren’t calling themselves.

We also love the ability to know exactly who is on the other line of that phone when it rings. And not just who, but where they live, how much they make, and their education. It allows us to quickly sort the neighbor who might be selling from the out of town buyer.
