Fast Forward Stories: Your pre-made real estate video library
February 6, 2015This post submitted by Aaron Stelle, Director of Marketing Technology for WFG National Title Company in Portland, Oregon. Aaron and several members of the WFG marketing and technology team recently attended the Inman News Real Estate Connect conference in NYC on a mission to find useful products and platforms that our clients can benefit from. Below is one such product.
As I talk to agents about creating video content as a marketing tool, I usually run into three reasons why they have not started. First, they don’t know what they want to shoot, or lack content. Second, they think the process is too expensive. Third, they don’t feel comfortable standing in front of a camera. All three of these problems can be solved quickly and inexpensively with Fast Forward Stories.
Fast Forward Stories has a library of pre-made animated videos that talk about the home buying process. There are literally hundreds of videos to choose from out of their library, so that solves your first problem about lack of content. The basic package is only $15 per month for access to 25 videos (they also have a free package with 5 of their most popular videos) so that makes it quite affordable, and all of the videos are animated so you don’t have to be in front of the camera.
The way I would use the videos from Fast Forward Stories would be as process videos to send to my clients. I would create the 10-15 steps that I feel I explain most often, and add the video with custom verbiage that explains my unique process. You can embed them in emails, create pages on your website, or even share them on social media.
Regardless of how YOU choose to use them, Fast Forward Stories are a quick and easy way to get into the video marketing space for real estate. As you continue to advance in your marketing, you can start to re-create these types of videos, but until then, this is a quick, easy and affordable way to create branded videos to put in front of your clients.
