No one knows more about the luxury market than Justin, as he sold 101 homes last year at an average sales price of $1.5M. This average sales price is over 3 times the median home value in the Portland Metro area. With the onset of the COVID-19 quarantine, Harnish has been forced to change some things in his business. In this interview with Aaron Stelle, VP – Marketing Technology Director with WEST, a Williston Financial Group Company, Justin opens up about how the market has affected his business, and what he’s doing to adapt.
