As the headlines around Zoom.us and the security continue to swirl, we as an industry need to be more diligent when using Zoom as a tool. I have worked with the Information Security Team at WEST, a Williston Financial Group Company, as well as reading countless articles to come up with the best practices to keep your information and your meetings safe. Zoom is still not quite where they need to be, but with the resources they are putting into the platform, the updates they are pushing out, and the guidelines outlined below, you can be quite productive using Zoom.
