Reviews by Jeff Bernheisel:

After only a few days of use... this is my new favorite video editing app.

It's easy to grasp and pretty intuitive to use. What’s more, the app also features an effects studio, letting you add Hollywood style explosions, magic spell effects, weather FX & much more to juice up your creations. While those may not be fully applicable to real estate… I’m sure you’ll find a use for them eventually. :)

I tried this on my own (unlisted) property to see what it was all about, and I must say I was pretty impressed with the neighborhood infograph that showed up a few minutes later.

Adding 3D and virtual staging to a vacant listing is a quick and inexpensive way to help potential buyers visualize (more accurately) what the listing could look like with their furnishings inside. Give it a try on your next vacant property and see what a difference it can make.

I'd give these guys 5 stars in this category if it weren't for the pricing being a little high. As of today, there's a $99 setup fee and then you buy bundles of sites starting at 5 sites for $89 each.

That being said... since this is one of the only options I've found as a stand alone single property site that has modern features (full bleed responsive design) and doesn't look like it was built in 1996 like most of the other options out there, the $89 can totally be worth the cost when leveraged properly to impress sellers and attract buyers.

This is such a handy little app to help remind me to keep in touch with the people that really matter. Family, friends, clients, etc...

Ha! That's not a biased opinion at all Jeff! :)

But seriously, thanks for building such an awesome platform and deciding to share it with the world. Several friends use RealGeeks and generate a lot of business with their sites.

I also love the amount of knowledge you guys share through the KeepingItReal videos. For anyone looking for some awesome business building ideas, check out http://www.keepingitreal.com.

Real Estate Webmasters, (otherwise known as REW around the industry) have consistently created a high quality product. Whether it's their base model website or their full custom design, you'll get a great product that performs well when it comes to search results, conversion ratios, and overall usability both on the back end for agents or the front end for the consumers.

Happy Grasshopper provides the content and accountability that most real estate agents will find invaluable. While not everyone loves the content that the Happy Grasshopper team produces (it can be a bit cheesy at times - BUT it CAN be edited before sending), no one can argue with the results that it gets. Consistently high open rates and response rates that blow most other email newsletter platforms away.

They also offer a more customized solution called Position-ME, with content that matches your personality and the specific client type you're marketing towards. Of course that costs a little more, but it may be a better fit if you're worried about their default content.

Overall it's hard to argue with the results our clients have seen from the Happy Grasshopper platform.

After spending a significant amount of time working with clients on multiple platforms similar to Home Value Leads, I can honestly say this is my "go-to" product in this space. The price point is lower than most with similar features AND you get more in the form of support (from having super easy setup instructions and videos all the way to more advanced topics and even videos walking you through setting up Facebook ads correctly).

HVL in conjunction with Facebook ads would easily be my #1 source of leads if I was a Realtor looking for listing/seller leads.

RealVolve has quickly become my favorite CRM to recommend to clients looking for basic CRM functions with the ability to automate certain elements of their follow up processes. It was built by a Realtor, for the real estate industry so it's truly a no-frills system that is easy to setup, easy to use, and just works the way we need it to day in and day out.
